पनि परि रहेको छ तर कमल को पात लाइ असर नगरे जस्तै घर ब्यवहार दुरुसतै गरेर सन्सार को असर नगरि आफ्नो जिवन लाई कसरि स्वादिलो बनाउन सकिन्छ् ?

शन्का ले बुद्धि लाई कब्जा गर्छ, स्थिरत्ता लाई नस्ट गर्छ , मोह को अन्ध्यारो कुवा मा धकेल्दिन्छ्, त्रिश्ना ले मनुश्य लाइ जर जर बनाउछ यस्तो कुनै दुख छैन कि सन्सर मा सुगन्ध रख्ने सन्सरि हरुले भोग्नु नपरोस

अज्ञानि लाई नै दुख हुन्छ , यो सन्सार रुपि प्रबाह अज्ञानि को नै मुर्खता ले नै चलि रा छ्।

ज्ञान ले नै दुख को नस्ट हुन्छ,

अत्म ज्ञान बाट नै परम अनान्द प्राप्त हुन्छ्​,यो ज्ञान ले नै सबै दुख लाई परास्त गर्न सक्छ र बुद्धि लाई परम सन्तोना दिनि वाला छ्

Responsibility:
If you take responsibility U may stand somewhere but u are living in a responsible position too. It will grow chetana over there.
Less Responsibility= Less Life
High Responsibility = High Life
यो सन्सार को जिवन मा सन्सार को खजाना मा येस्तो कुनै रत्न छैन जुन सुद्ध मन ले प्राप्त हुन नसकोस
Try After try To get what you and
your soul is a friend of the soul as well as an Enemy of the soul too. If you cant preserve it. If the soul did not protect another soul then it’s an animal.

पराधिनता को निन्दा
WHo thinks they will go to god-given heaven or Hell then it’s an animal.

Eight limbs of yoga

1.yama – the five social ethiccs

  • Ahimsa- Non violence in action speech and thought
  • Satyam- truthfulness in intention remaining established in the higher truth.
  • Asteya – non-stealing
  • Brahmacharya – Divine conduct, celibate when single faithful when married.
  • Aparigraha- not accumulating things unnecessarily and not desiring things that belong to others.

2. Niyamas – The five personal ethics

  • Shaucha- cleanliness of the body and mind
  • Santosha- contentment remaining happy
  • Tapas- Austerity and self-discipline
  • Swadhaya- Study of the self abiding in the self
  • Ishwarapranidhana- Surrendering to god, honouring the divine.

3. Asanas – yoga postures

4. Pranayamas – proper regulations of life force (prana) through certain breathing techniques.

5.Pratayahara- Taking the senses inwords.

6.Dharana- One-pointed focus.

7.Samadhi – The highest state of consciousness. This is possible to achieve during meditation.
