Maybe we suffer so much Because we try to save everybody else

while letting ourselves go

Bust as the saying goes

in order to save the world you have to save yourself first

which we don't really care about do we

But the world will keep moving without you

The world won't stop for you,so

Why do you need to stop for the world?

Or why do you need to keep running and being out of your breath for the world?

YOu have to stop when you need to not when the world needs to.
